Cubix Webtech Solutions ("we", "our", or "us") developed and operates HazriBook – Attendance & Salary Management ("HazriBook" or "the App").
This Privacy Policy explains how HazriBook handles information when you use the App.
The current version of HazriBook does not collect or transmit personal information to our servers.
The App does not currently use:
Google Sign-In
Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM)
User accounts
Online user profiles
Analytics services
Advertising SDKs
Cloud databases
Third-party tracking services
Location tracking
Contacts synchronization
Online data collection
HazriBook may allow users to enter information for managing their business and workforce, such as:
Employee or worker names
Mobile numbers
Salary information
Attendance records
Working hours
Leave records
Site information
Advance payments
Payment records
This information is used only to provide the functionality of the App.
For the current version, this information is stored locally on the user's device and is not automatically transmitted to Cubix Webtech Solutions.
HazriBook is designed to work with locally stored app data.
Information entered into the App may remain on the user's device until the user:
Deletes the information from the App
Clears the App's data
Uninstalls the App
Resets or changes the device
Users are responsible for maintaining appropriate backups of their local data where necessary.
Cubix Webtech Solutions does not sell, rent, or share user-entered business or employee information with third parties in the current version of HazriBook.
The current version does not automatically transmit locally stored business or employee information to our servers.
If the user manually shares information through another application, such as WhatsApp, that sharing is initiated by the user and is subject to the privacy practices of the application receiving the information.
The current version of HazriBook does not require an online account or backend service to use its core functionality.
If future versions introduce online services, authentication, cloud backup, analytics, advertising, notifications, or other data-processing functionality, this Privacy Policy will be updated accordingly.
Because the current version stores applicable information locally on the user's device, users should protect their device with appropriate security measures such as a device lock or password.
While we take reasonable steps within the App to avoid unnecessary data transmission, no electronic storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
Users can delete information stored within the App using the available deletion functionality.
Users can also remove locally stored application data by clearing the App's data or uninstalling the App, subject to the behavior of the user's device and operating system.
Because the current version does not maintain a server-side user account or cloud database, Cubix Webtech Solutions does not hold a server-side copy of the locally entered business data.
HazriBook is designed for business and workforce management purposes and is not directed toward children.
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
The current version of HazriBook does not use third-party services for collecting or tracking user information.
If third-party services are introduced in future versions, this Privacy Policy will be updated to describe their use and the information they may process.
We may update this Privacy Policy when HazriBook's functionality or data practices change.
Any updated version will be published with a revised "Last Updated" date.
We encourage users to review this Privacy Policy periodically.
