The exact Google Drive access available to My Stock depends on the OAuth scope configured in the App.
Before publishing the final version of this privacy policy, you should verify the exact Drive API scope used by My Stock.
For example, Google provides the drive.file scope for access to files created or used by the application, while drive provides much broader access to the user's Drive. Google recommends using the narrowest scope necessary.
Google also provides the appDataFolder mechanism for application-specific files that are hidden from the user and other Drive applications.
This is important because Google currently has specific restrictions around applications using Drive for backup of app content. Google's Workspace/Drive policies distinguish between approved local-sync/automatic-backup use cases and prohibited developer/app-content backup use cases.
So, before Play Store submission, verify that your particular Drive implementation and requested scope comply with the current Google Drive API policies.
My Stock uses Google Firebase Analytics to understand how users interact with the application and to improve the application.

However, no electronic storage, device, network, or transmission method can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
Users are responsible for maintaining appropriate security of their Google account and device.
Inventory data may remain on your device until you:

However, backup files stored in your Google Drive may require separate deletion by you through Google Drive or through the applicable backup/delete functionality provided by My Stock.

If you no longer want your My Stock backup stored in Google Drive, you should delete the applicable My Stock backup using the deletion functionality provided by My Stock, where available, or through the relevant Google Drive interface.
Deleting the App from your device does not necessarily mean that previously created Google Drive backup files are automatically deleted.
My Stock is a general-purpose inventory management application and is not specifically directed toward children.
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children in circumstances where applicable law requires parental consent.
